Spiritual (Shouter) Baptists
The religion has an unusually precise legal history: a specific 1917 ordinance banned it outright, and its 1951 repeal is now commemorated as a national public holiday in Trinidad — one of the few Black Atlantic religious traditions whose suppression and legalisation both carry exact dates.
