The Crystal Skulls

No crystal skull has ever come from a documented archaeological excavation. Electron-microscope studies published by the British Museum and Smithsonian in 2008 found rotary tool marks proving nineteenth-century-or-later manufacture, and most trace to a single Paris dealer.
